Pamela Clark is an accomplished litigator who practices in the areas of insurance disputes, premises liability, personal injury, negligence, tort litigation, breach of contract, and property damage. Ms. Clark also has litigation experience in a wide-range of areas including first-party property insurance, consumer protection and debt services, foreclosure, breach of contract, and juvenile dependency.

Ms. Clark has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in civil lawsuits throughout the state of Florida. She has represented individuals, financial institutions, domestic and international corporations, insurance companies, and bankruptcy trustees. She has handled both individual and class action lawsuits.

Ms. Clark attended law school at Stetson University College of Law where she graduated in 2013. During law school, she studied international business and contract law in China. She also served as the Treasurer of the Immigration Law Society and served on Stetson’s Chapter of the Innocence Project of Florida.
