Kimberly R. Beckwith attended the University of South Florida for her undergraduate studies where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science. She had a successful career in sales, real estate, and construction before attending law school at Florida A&M University College of Law, where she graduated with honors in 2013.
During law school, Kimberly served as Treasurer and Founding Member of the Marshall Bell Law Society. She was a Quarterfinalist during the 2012 – 2013 Chester Bedell Mock Trial Competition.
Kimberly has represented clients in areas of personal injury, property damage, premises liability, breach of contract and fraud claims, as well as land use, landlord tenant disputes and construction defect claims. She handles all cases from pre-suit through trial and has obtained successful outcomes for her clients in civil, county, and federal courts.

Kimberly is admitted to practice in all State courts in Florida as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
