David Y. Chang is an experienced litigator who practices in the areas of complex tort litigation, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death; aviation law; insurance coverage disputes; commercial litigation; and business law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chang represented domestic and foreign corporate clients in first party property insurance disputes involving high exposure commercial and homeowner losses and bad faith issues.
Mr. Chang attended the University of South Florida, where he received his Bachelor’s degree of Science in Biomedical Sciences and his Master’s degree in Medical Science. He then received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, David was awarded his Pro Bono Service Certificate of Outstanding Achievement. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in all State courts and before the United States District Courts for the Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of Florida. He is also a member of the Dade County Bar Association.
