John P. Robins focuses his practice on premises and catastrophic loss liability, and also has experience in maritime cases, insurance coverage, hurricane and other natural disaster claims, personal injury law, and environmental law claims. Mr. Robins has served as both plaintiff counsel and defense for many types of claims, representing a broad range of clients from injured parties and individual homeowners, all the way to quickly expanding multinational corporations. This experience allows for a unique perspective into civil litigation and providing a balanced and zealous approach to resolution of cases.
He was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming and has lived all over the country and abroad, gaining invaluable experience with all types of cultures, clients, and people from all walks of life. Mr. Robins spent time abroad in Germany and the United Kingdom, studying in exchange programs, gaining unique experience with different legal systems and cultural norms surrounding the industry abroad.
Mr. Robins graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and remains a die-hard Canes fan. He graduated cum laude from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, with a degree in International Relations with a minor in history.
